The TIG-7DX Mini Thermal Imaging Goggles enables law enforcement personnel to see heat signatures of objects, people and other sources.
- Detects extremely small differences in temperature so that officers can distinguish people from their immediate surroundings.
- Operates on 1 only 3V Lithium 123 battery to keep the weight to a minimum & guarantees reliable long time service at all temperatures.

While darkness and camouflage can defeat night vision, suspects cannot hide from the TIG-7DX.
TIG-7DX Thermal Imaging Goggles generate high-quality thermal, full colour images via high resolution VGA LCD 640 x 480 displays.
The kit utilises a Germanium 25mm objective lens - FOV 11 x 8 degrees ~ integrated 2x digital zoom (50mm).
Thermal images are downloadable to any digital recording device via MILSPEC Universal Service Connector – ideal for intell/reconn applications.
Manual brightness/gain control (override) of colour VGA displays (MILSPEC)
Polarity switch-over button (black hot - white hot)
TIG-7DX can be used as a hand held Thermal Imager or via included head/helmet (NATO) mounts as Thermal Imaging Goggles.
The TIG-7DX utilises an uncooled Raytheon 3620AS 30 micron detector which provides an extremely quick image refresh rate providing the user sharp imaging for covert/silent operation.
Conveniently powered by 2x internal COT Lithium or rechargeable batteries or via the included Li-Ion battery pack for 7 hours continuous operating time.
Their own body heat gives them away. The TIG-7DX thermal imager is a powerful tool for tactical, surveillance and scene assessment applications.
Its small size, light weight and ability to be weapon mounted make the TIG-7DX simple and yet, very effective in operation.
Law enforcement and security officers can use thermal imaging technology to conduct hidden compartment searches, perimeter surveillance, marine or ground surveillance, safer flights, structure profiling activities, fugitive and rescue searches, disturbed surface investigations, pollutant searches and vehicle pursuits.
In fire and rescue applications, thermal imaging is used to conduct scene size up, in-fire attack, search and rescue, hazmat assessments and post-fire overhaul.
