• Inclusion of an advanced 1x objective lens with close-focus to a mere 15mm & slightly larger FoV ~ 40+ degrees without the typical ± 2 degrees variable
• Introduction of interchangeable 3x & 5x magnification lenses maintain water immersion 0.5m for 30 minutes & 10m for 1 hour upgrade available
• Now camera/camcorder adaptable for image gathering applications
• Built-in IR illuminator 20mW, 940nm covert, providing IR illumination out to 15-20 meters in ‘normal’ ambient lighting conditions
• Low battery and IR-on indicators are displayed in through eyepiece
• All controls & battery compartment are easily accessed & used when operating with gloves
• Easily utilised with head & helmet mounting harnesses
• MNV-S goggle is multifunctional: hand-held, head mounted as a dual tube goggle or detached as individual monoculars
• When head mounted, auto-off function when flipped up extends battery life & provides greater concealment with lower detection by eliminating greenish or white illumination of operators face
• The body is corrosion resistant
